Heriberto is recognized for his global perspective, operational leadership, and ability to strengthen institutional growth and international partnerships.

Giovanni is a multifaceted executive with 22 years of experience spanning marketing, film, commodities, precious metals, management, finance, and real estate.   Serves as a member of the Board of Nordic Trust Alliance, as Director of Marketing/CTO, a global financial services institution. He has led hundreds of employees across multiple industries, building and scaling teams in management companies, financial institutions, and real estate firms.
A recognized communication specialist and presenter, Giovanni has spoken at Fortune 500 companies and is known for translating complex strategy into clear, actionable execution. His leadership has earned awards in both the film industry and technology sectors.
Under his direction, one of his companies was awarded 1st place among thousands of companies worldwide in the fastest growing companies awards by the UCF Entrepreneur Program and College of Business and Administration.
Giovanni brings deep expertise in brand growth, capital markets, and operational leadership, with a track record of launching and scaling businesses across global markets. 

Leader of Corporate Finance and M&A practices

Leonardo Shinohara holds a master's degree in International Business and Finance and Public Policy from The Fletcher School and the JFK School of Government from Tufts and Harvard, respectively. He also holds bachelor's degrees in economics and law from Temple and PUC SP.

He has over 15 years of financial experience in large corporations, including Mitsui, CSN, HSBC, AES Brasil, and Embraer. Expertise in company valuation, capital markets, IPOs and financial structuring, M&A, and strategic partnerships. He has led major asset divestments, restructured investment theses, and raised capital for renewable energy projects in international capital markets. 

For 27 years he worked at Mobil Oil Corporation, having held the most relevant positions as: Marketing General Manager for Brazil, General Manager and acting president of Mobil Oil Argentina based in Buenos Aires, and Marketing Manager for Latin America based at the Headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia, USA.

He worked for 19 years at the Repsol energy group, holding the positions of President for Lubricants, Marketing Director of Dowstream, and President of Dowstream Repsol Brazil.

He carried out various consultancies in the oil segment for 6 years.

Current position: Director/Company Advisor of the DWB Oil Company energy group.

Executive with over 35 years of experience in the petroleum derivatives sector, with emphasis on fuel distribution and resale (gasoline and diesel).

He has led BERTOLA Business Consulting for over 15 years, working in asset valuation, M&A, and structuring operations, supporting investors and companies in strategic decision-making.

He built his executive career in companies in the sector, notably Shell Brazil (8 years), Repsol YPF (9 years), and Grupo Combustran (4 years), working in the commercial, operational, and business development areas.

He possesses solid experience in evaluating and enabling businesses involving service stations, distributors, TRR (Road Transport Resellers), and storage infrastructure, including space cession and fractional ownership agreements, focusing on the structuring and sustainability of investments.

A professional with over 50 years of experience in the fuel sector, with a strong focus on the gasoline and diesel markets in the downstream energy segment.

He built a 30-year career at Shell Brazil, holding executive positions in sales, marketing, and expansion, participating in strategic projects and network growth initiatives.

At the helm of Evaldo Calfa – Negócios Empresariais Ltda., he has worked for over 27 years as a Senior Business Consultant, developing projects focused on the valuation, purchase, and sale of assets in the fuel sector.

He has solid experience in distribution bases, fuel distributors, fuel networks, and service stations, including business valuations, operational assets, real estate, and fractional ownership shares, with a focus on structuring and feasibility of operations.

Executive with over 20 years of experience in business development, engineering, and project management across complex industrial environments, with strong exposure to the oil & gas sector.
He has led strategic projects and high-value portfolios, supporting the development of competitive solutions, project governance, and performance improvement.
His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from opportunity identification and structuring to execution, including engineering, procurement, contracts, and operations.
Eduardo has worked under different contracting models (EPC, EPCM), with a consistent focus on negotiation, risk management, and building long-term partnerships to support sustainable business growth.

Holds a degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Financial Administration from FEA-USP (Brazil), and a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration and Controllership from UNITAU-INPG. Additionally, holds a certification in TQC (Total Quality Control) from the Christiano Ottoni Foundation (MG, Brazil) and JUSE (Japan).
Boasts a professional career spanning over 50 years, developed within both national and international companies, with extensive experience in business implementation and restructuring. His work focuses on the development and management of results, prioritizing corporate sustainability while respecting social values ​​and environmental preservation—operating with a commitment to Corporate Ethics, Transparency, and Governance (ESG).
Spent 20 years working in the steel industry at COSIPA, holding positions in Control, Finance, and Planning, and serving as an advisor to the Board of Directors and the Presidency.
Following this period, he was invited to assist in the establishment of European automotive parts manufacturers within Brazil. Over the course of 15 years, he played a key role in setting up facilities for groups such as Antolin Irausa (Burgos, Spain), Grupo SEFI Srl (Chivasso/Turin, Italy), and the Italo-Chinese GATE Group (Asti/Turin, Italy). During this time, he participated in major trade fairs, including the IAA in Frankfurt (Germany) and three editions of AUTOMEC (São Paulo, Brazil)—the largest trade show in the sector in Latin America.
In the fuel sector, in 2025, he initiated a project to support financial capital raising alongside the executive staff of a major national fuel distribution company. In November 2025, he had the honor—together with his partner of over 20 years, Mr. Gutzeit—of launching the current operations of DWB Oil (USA).

André Soares is a senior executive with over 14 years of experience in leadership, strategic management, and continuous improvement across multiple industries. A Production Engineer with a postgraduate specialization in Business Management and Innovation from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, he is recognized for his ability to develop people, build high-performance teams, and drive sustainable organizational results.
Over nearly a decade at Grupo Boticário — one of the world’s leading beauty companies — André built a consistent growth trajectory, evolving from Consultant to Coordinator and ultimately to Senior Manager within the R&D division. Throughout this journey, he led multidisciplinary teams, structured performance governance frameworks, and played a central role in shaping an operational excellence culture within a fast-paced innovation environment. He concluded this chapter having delivered meaningful impact and is now fully focused on new leadership challenges.
A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt, André is highly proficient in PDCA, DMAIC, GROT, Lean Kanban, Scrum, and Design Sprint methodologies. He believes that true leadership is built through people development — and that well-led teams are the greatest competitive advantage any organization can have.
